There does exist a word to describe sheer bliss and contentment.
Likewise, a word exists to describe complete disgust and resentment.
(I prefer the lesser of the two evils, if I must convey...)

Shattered
The glass shattered beneath her clinched fist.
Relief…
She didn’t even feel the pain from her bleeding flesh
Tears, sighs, and loud screams that nobody heard
She smiled so no one ever said a word
